Employee Characteristics and Qualities

When positions become available, we seek to fill them with the best talent we can find. HCA seeks applicants who possess initiative, a strong work ethic, and effective written and verbal communication skills. While we prefer candidates with a college degree, we will consider motivated candidates with a successful employment record. To achieve success and growth with our company, employees will need computer skills, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude.
