HCA was founded in 1994 and is located in Alexandria, VA. Since being founded, we have serviced a wide variety of clients with varied products, including self-pay/early out projects, legacy computer conversion projects, specific carrier intervention projects, and first party collection services with measurable success. The HealthCare Associates team has a combined 235 years of experience in patient accounting and our employees are required to have previous patient experience in a facility or physician practice, thus ensuring a deep understanding of the complex needs of healthcare facilities and their patients.
